Late arrivals

If you are running late, please call ahead. We will do our best to accommodate you but it may be necessary to re-schedule or modify your appointment to accommodate other clients.

 

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to reschedule, cancel, or change your appointment. If you fail to give 24 hours' notice you may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment value, and be required to pay in full for your next appointment.
